'An Unexpected Treasure' - Tales from the oldest senior school in Sutton @ Carshalton Methodist Church | England | United Kingdom

Sue James will tell the story of Sutton High school at our Coffee Morning on Saturday 16th March
Admission free Talk will commence at 10.30am

The school opened in January 1884 and records exist from that year. They show the school as a microcosm of both local and national events, including two World Wars and the emergence of women’s rights.They provide a unique glimpse into the past.

Sue is currently a teacher at the school and its archivist, so an interesting talk is assured.
